Picture a business that grows and runs with less of you in the middle.

You sell one clear offer that you can explain in a sentence. You know exactly where your next clients are coming from. Your team gets on with the work, and you spend your time on the things only you can do.

That's what a simple business feels like from the inside, and it's closer than you think.

Right now, there's probably a decision sitting in somebody's inbox waiting for your nod. Your website may carry 4 offers, and 2 of them haven't sold since last year. And somewhere there's a funnel built in a hurry, where nobody is quite sure which part makes money.

That happened for a good reason. For a decade or more, almost every piece of advice you followed told you to add something extra. Each addition made sense on its own, and together they made the business need you for everything.

What I've watched for over 20 years points somewhere much simpler. The businesses that grow fastest are the ones willing to remove things. They simplify to one offer, one funnel and one traffic source, commit to them fully, and scale up from there.

The Simplify Day is where we do that work together, on your business, in one focused block of time.

The outcomes

What changes by the end of your Simplify Day

1.

A business model built around your life

Success gets defined by you before anything else is designed. Your income goal, your available hours, your energy and your constraints. The model fits those realities rather than fighting them.

2.

One clear offer, priced with confidence

You leave with a core offer that delivers a real transformation, priced at a premium that reflects its value, and a smaller entry offer that makes the first yes easy.

3.

A conversation that makes sales

You will know how buyers find you, what happens in the conversation right before they buy, and how to guide it naturally. Selling becomes prescribing the right next step for somebody you genuinely understand.

4.

A business that runs with less of you in the middle

Roles clarified, tools consolidated, bottlenecks removed. Work stops piling up in your inbox, and your team gets a plan they can follow.

5.

A 90-day plan you can start on Monday

Every decision from the day lands in a written plan. The first two weeks mapped in detail, with clear milestones across the ninety days that follow.

6.

3 numbers that tell you the truth

You'll know the small handful of figures to check each week. One look on a Friday tells you whether the business is on track.

Picture the Monday morning,
90 days after your time with me.

You open a document you wrote yourself, with me, and it tells you exactly what this week is for. The first 2 weeks were mapped in detail and you've already worked through them, so you know the plan holds.

There's 1 offer on your site now. You can explain it in a sentence, you know precisely what it's worth to the person buying it, and you charge accordingly without your voice changing when you say the number.

Somebody inquires on Wednesday. You have a relaxed conversation, because you know which questions to ask and where that conversation naturally goes. They buy, and it feels natural for both of you.

Your team knows their priorities without checking with you first, because the roles got clarified on the day and work stopped piling up in your inbox.

On Friday you look at 3 numbers, and those 3 numbers tell you whether it was a good week. Then you close the laptop.

FROM AN INNER CIRCLE MEMBER & COACHING CLIENT

Arturo found "an insane level of clarity"
and rebranded his whole business

"I've been working with Ant Hodges one-to-one for the last 18 months, as part of his Inner Circle mastermind and with Private Coaching. It has been a game changer for my business.

Ant really knows his stuff. Yes, he's been in the online business arena for decades, but for me, the most important thing is that he's grounded. He's not one of these gurus who tell you one thing and do the opposite. Whatever he says, he's congruent with it. That impressed me when I first met him many years ago, and it still does today.

Working with him has given me an insane level of clarity about what I need to accomplish. That clarity led me to rebrand my whole business and build the ladder of services and products I now offer to clients globally. I'm in a different space mentally and financially because of my work with Ant.

Don't get me wrong, it takes you putting a lot of skin in the game. But he will push you enough to get there. If you're fully committed and looking for a mentor who can speed up the process in your business, Ant Hodges is the man. I'd recommend him without a shadow of a doubt."

Who you spend the day with

20 years of building the complicated versions of business for other people taught me how to build the simple one.

My name is Ant Hodges. I've spent over 20 years in marketing, most of it running agencies and leading marketing inside other people's businesses. That work has produced more than $76 million in client results.

My first agency closed in 2009. It closed because I had built something far more complex than it needed to be, and six figures of debt landed on me personally when it failed. That experience gave me a very direct education in what complexity actually costs, and in the importance of one word: SIMPLIFY.

What I saw across hundreds of businesses kept pointing the same way. The businesses that simplified were the ones generating leads and sales quickly, then scaling from a position of strength.

That became my book, Simplify the Funnel®, published by Youpreneur Press.

Ant Hodges, author of Simplify the Funnel

Spending the time with me means you get the simplified shortcuts, applied directly to your business, in a single block of focused work. Every framework we use on the day is yours to keep and use again.

"My honest thought beforehand was that I already knew most of what Ant could help me with. I didn't need more marketing advice. 20 minutes in I realized knowing it and having somebody make me decide are completely different things. We made more real decisions in that day than I had made in the previous year."

Liv Brookfield - Student Support Coach

"$10k felt like a lot to invest until I added up what I was spending on tools I did not use and campaigns that were never going to work. The day paid for itself out of what we stopped doing, before it earned me anything new. The Tech Audit itself gave me back over $18k per year."

The structure

What happens on the Simplify Day

4 parts of roughly 2 hours each. In person, that's 1 full day together. Online, each part becomes its own session.

The Simplify Day flow: Before, Define and Diagnose, The Offer, The Engine, The Plan, After
The Simplify Day flow: Before, Define and Diagnose, The Offer, The Engine, The Plan, After
Part one

Define and Diagnose

We start with your definition of success and a clear-eyed look at where the business actually is. What you sell, how you sell it, where your time goes, what the numbers say, and how the business runs day to day. That includes your team structure, your systems and processes, and every tool you pay for. Using Life-First Business Design and my Simplification Decision Matrix, we score everything for complexity against benefit. What stays becomes obvious, and so does what goes. Then we agree a maximum of three priorities that will genuinely move revenue.

You leave this part with a one-page picture of your business model and three priorities linked directly to revenue growth.

Part two

The Offer

One core offer, fully architected. Who it serves, the transformation it delivers, how delivery is structured around the time you actually have, and the price - reflecting your experience and the true value of change you bring.

This should be a high-priced offer, ready to help you scale.

In addition, we'll also design a smaller "no brainer" entry offer that sits in front of it, so a buyer can start with a lower commitment and credit that investment toward the full program. And so stop building a list of freebie hunters.

You leave this part with a complete offer architecture, including pricing, payment options, and the entry offer mapped.

Part three

The Engine

Now we wrap the Minimum Viable Funnel™ around that offer. One clear path from stranger to client, with every step tied to activity you can measure. One traffic source, one no-brainer offer, one conversion event, one core offer.

For most businesses at this stage the conversion event is a human conversation, so we walk through my Selling Without Selling framework and rehearse it against your actual offer.

You leave this part with your funnel mapped on one page and a conversation framework you can use the same week.

Part four

The Plan

The final part turns decisions into a rhythm. Your typical week gets designed around your constraints, and everything currently on your plate goes through the 4 D's. Do, delegate, delete, or defer. If you have a team, this is where they get clear roles, clear priorities and the metrics that matter. We set the small number of figures you'll check weekly, and we build the 90-day plan with the first 2 weeks mapped in detail.

You leave this part with a written 90-day plan, a plan your team can follow, and a weekly rhythm that protects your time.

Built To Be Human™

Where AI fits
in your business

On the day we also look at where AI can take work off your plate. My Built To Be Human™ methodology starts from one simple idea.

AI creates movement,
humans create momentum.

So AI goes in the back office, and you stay at the front. Your clients get more of you, and you spend far less time on the work that drains you.

Ant Hodges

AI in the back office

Admin, scheduling, research, reporting, first drafts of processes and the follow-up reminders nobody enjoys. The repeatable work behind the scenes, so your time goes where it counts.

You at the front

The sales conversation, client delivery, your content in your own words, and the relationships that keep people buying. Every moment that builds trust, sales and retention stays with a real person.

Why this matters right now: buyers can spot AI-made content, and they're tuning it out. The businesses that win from here use AI well behind the scenes. They protect the human moments that build trust, sales and retention.

The frameworks

The tools we'll use on your business

Every framework comes from my books and training, and every one of them is yours to keep.

The HUMAN Method

From my Built To Be Human™ training. It maps every stage of your client relationship, so we know exactly where AI helps and where you lead.

The Minimum Viable Funnel™

One clear path from stranger to client, with every step tied to something you can measure. It's simple enough to draw on the back of an envelope.

The 4 D's

Everything currently on your plate goes through 4 questions, so only the work that needs you stays with you.

Do

The work that only you can do, and that moves revenue.

Delegate

Work that matters, but someone else can do it well.

Delete

Offers, tools and tasks that cost more than they return.

Defer

Good ideas that don't belong in the next 90 days.

How it runs

There are two ways I deliver the Simplify Day

In person, one full day + dinner
(Florida or London)

Around eight hours of contact time in a single focused block, with proper breaks. We arrange it around travel, either when my diary brings me to you or at an agreed location. The intensity of one day creates momentum that is difficult to match when delivered online. My preferred way to deliver.

Online over Zoom in four sessions
(four different days)

The same four parts delivered as four working sessions of up to two hours each, completed within 6-12 weeks. Momentum matters, and stretching the work beyond that window slows your progress down. The sessions will be delivered through Zoom, recorded and sent to you afterwards.

Included with your day

What sits around the work itself - it's more than just a day

Voice Notes

30 days of voice note access

The month after your day is when questions actually surface. Send me a voice note whenever one does, and I'll send back a considered answer.

Everything Captured

Full recordings, transcripts and your written plan

Everything from the day, captured and written up, delivered afterwards. You'll refer back to this far more than you expect.

Community Access

3 months of complimentary access to the Simplify Community

A live group call every Monday to keep the plan moving and implementation on track.

The investment

Your investment starts from $2,000

You can start with Part One, or go straight into the full Simplify Day. We'll work out the right fit for your business on a free 20-minute call. There's nothing to pay before we talk.

Put the number against what the complexity already costs you. Most business owners I work with are carrying $1,000s a year in tools nobody opens and a team that's underused. On top of that comes a far bigger cost in time spent on work that should never have reached them. The day tends to pay for itself out of what you stop doing, before it earns you anything new.

Where this fits

The path from here

The Simplify Day sits at the heart of how I work with business owners. Each step builds on the one before, and you can start wherever fits you best.

The Simplify Inner Circle Mastermind

If you want to keep working together after your day, the Inner Circle is the next step. It's a 12-month mastermind for a small group of established business owners, limited to 10 members.

  • A 45-minute 1:1 call with me every month
  • Monthly group calls where you bring live work for feedback
  • 4 quarterly business reviews with written feedback from me
  • A 2-day spring mastermind in the UK and 5 days together in Porto
  • Full access to the Simplify Community and all of my training

Investment: Joining the Inner Circle is a 12-month commitment that needs a further investment. Everything you spend on your Simplify Day credits in full towards it.

Ant Hodges

I only run a few of these Simplify Days each quarter.

This is one-on-one work and it takes real preparation, so the number I can do is limited by my calendar. When the current quarter fills, the next available date moves into the following one.

If the timing matters to you, the conversation is worth having sooner.

The Part One Promise

Complete Part One with me. If you finish that session without a clear definition of success, an honest diagnosis of your business, and a one-page model you could implement on your own, tell me before you leave and I'll refund the $2,000 in full.

You keep the work either way. The whole day is designed to make you independent of me, so it seems fair that the first part proves it before you commit to the rest.

Ant Hodges

Think about the single business decision you have been carrying for over a year.

Most business owners have one. Whether to drop the offer that no longer fits. Whether to raise the price to what the work is actually worth. Whether the person who has been nearly right for 18 months is ever going to be right. Decisions like that rarely resolve on their own, and the delay costs considerably more than the decision would. A day with somebody whose entire job is helping you make them tends to settle several at once. And that's what the Simplify Day is all about.

Questions people ask

Last thing

Two versions of the next 12 months are sitting in front of you...

Version one

The business carries on as it is. The offers stay as they are, the tools keep renewing, the decisions keep queuing, and next year looks a lot like this one with slightly more effort in it. The struggle is real, the goals you are shooting for are defined by others and comparison is still the thief of joy.

Version two

You give 1 day to the question of what this business is actually for. You leave with a model built around your life, one clear offer priced properly, a funnel you can draw on an envelope, a conversation that makes sales, and a written plan for the 90 days that follow.

You have already built something real. This is the day it becomes something you enjoy running again.
